Welcome to my CRAFTS journal

The journal is dedicated to creators of FOLK ART. I have much respect for people who have patience and dexterity to craft beautiful things, and who honor folk traditions by taking time to create masterpieces of FOLK ART. 

To quote Phyllis George, "Crafts make us feel rooted, give us a sense of belonging and connect us with our history. Our ancestors used to create these crafts out of necessity, and now we do them for fun, to make money and to express ourselves."
